BYZANTINE-INSPIRED SMART HELMET REDEFINES URBAN COMMUTER’S JOURNEY

New smart helmet product unveiled at IFA Berlin 2017 in hall 25, booth 115

Pioneering smart helmet technology company, LIVALL, unveils the BH51at IFA Berlin 2017. The new product features embedded next generation technology and signals the future of smart city cycling.Meanwhile, the new generation products series redefine cyclist safety.   The BH51M has been announced the winner of two international awards - the EuroBike Innovation Award and the Smart Sports Device Innovation Award at IFA Product Technical Innovation Award.


The ergonomically-designed helmet combines a classic rotund design inspired by Byzantine architecture married with twenty-first century technology. Ideal for the urban commuter, the LIVALL BH51M is stylish, comfortable and safe.

 

The design is complemented with a fashionable handmade PU leather brim to shield commuters’ faces from rain and comes in four eye-catching colours - Willow Green, Misty Blue, Sandstone Grey, Graphite Black.

 

Protection and safety like no other

The inner helmet is made from a high-class EPS core material for extreme comfort, while the outer shell is made of high-strength ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), which is strong and durable.

 

Dip safely in and out of traffic thanks to sensory indicator lights that enhance visibility when cycling, while extreme ventilation and bluetooth speakers strategically placed above the ears mean a rider can stay alert to vehicles around them.

 

A remote control attached to the handlebars makes the indicators easy to turn on without the need for a rider to remove their hands from steering. All functions can be controlled via an iOS or Android app.

 

The BH51 has passed the CPSC 1230 and EN1078 safety tests, which meets the standards for bike helmets in USA and Europe.


 

Cutting-edge acoustics

The BH51 provides immersive but safe listening with above the ear speakers connected via Bluetooth to the app . The device features windproof microphones that allow a clear voice when riding and talking to other LIVALL wearers.

 

On display, at IFA, will be a host of LIVALL’s smart cycling helmet technology to test and review, as well as new for 2017 product with unique features.

 

Founder and CEO of LIVALL Brian Zheng will be at IFA to showcase the new helmet. A passionate cyclist, Brian suffered a serious injury on his bike which gave him the inspiration to create the world’s smartest safety helmet and let people experience the joy of cycling without fear.
